Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days.

Orders placed before 23:00 UK time will be handled according to our normal processing procedure.

Processing time and delivery time are separate periods. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 10 days.

This is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to carriers, busy periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping to the United Kingdom is free.

 

 

4. Tracking

 

We provide package tracking.

When tracking is available, the customer will receive the relevant tracking information according to our normal shipping procedure.

Our most commonly used carrier is Royal Mail.

The final carrier or delivery route may vary when necessary.

 

 

6. Incorrect Address

 

Customers are responsible for checking their delivery address before placing an order.

If an order has been shipped to an incorrectly provided address, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

 

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

 

If an order takes significantly longer than expected to arrive, the customer can contact us at support@elarmont.com.

We will check the available shipping information and, where possible, assist with resolving the issue.
